General Features

The tyre-changer has been specifically designed to demount and mount truck and bus tubeless tyres with rims from 14,5” to 24,5”, a maximum 1400 mm diameter and a maximum 695 mm width. Its operating principle is based on two carriages, a vertical spindle carriage and a horizontal tool carriage, each travelling on its own axis and ensuring the wheel being processed is always centred in relation to the tools.

The control console has all the controls for operating the tyre changer.

It is installed on a mobile arm so that it is always within reach while you are working on a wheel, or can be moved out of the way during wheel loading or unloading. All the controls on the console are extremely sensitive, so as to allow very small movements with the utmost precision.

The tyre changer is equipped with two lightweight aluminium alloy clamping spindles (one for wheels from 14.5” to 17.5” and the other for wheels from 19.5" to 24.5”), easily fitted on the gearbox central shaft.

Bead-breaking roller, functional and convenient, for smoother operation with wheels of all kinds; an optional second roller speeds up demounting/mounting procedures as the first roller does not have to be shifted to work on the other side of the wheel.
