A travel roller under the horizontal operating arm minimises the pull and push effort of the arm itself.

Turn table equipped with a patented system to switch the working range from 10”÷20” to 14”÷ 24” with a very simple change.

The self-centering chuck is able to clamp new-generation alloy rims from both the outside and the inside without damaging them, thanks to its special integral plastic guards supplied as standard.
Inflating nozzles, located on the sliding blocks, adapt automatically to diameter of rim.

"IP System" (Increased Power System): speed rotation (6 - 15 rpm) of the turntable automatically adjustable, the torque remains at the best ratio also at maximum speed.   

The powerful bead breaker is operated by a double acting cylinder (D.186 mm. with drawn stainless steel barrel, designed to last a long time even under unfavourable conditions (such as humidity and poor lubrication). The arm can be regulated in two positions: standard and racing. In the racing position the blade opening is 430 mm.! The blade is articulated for better penetration between tyre and rim.
A special plastic blade guard, supplied as standard, protects the alloy rim during the bead-breaking operation:

The tyre changer is available in version with 20" turntable with two rotation speeds (2V), with tubeless tyre inflation system (M 624 2V FS), or without (M 624).
