Automatic gauge for wheel distance and diameter measuring and for the application of adhesive weights in the Alu P program. Rod sliding on ball bearings with backlash recovery: exceptional smooth sliding and out-standing precision guaranteed. Lower position of gauge rod to allow application of weights (ALUP) in the most visible and accessible part of the wheel. Gauge with digital sensors. “Boxed” rear centring spring.

Optional ELD (Electronic Locking Device) shaft unit with wide locking range (70 mm) and electronic control of locking force. The wheel quick locking is obtained by means of electrical activation of steel balls: maximum precision and fixing speed ensured, together with complete cut of physical effort for the operator.

“R2” version is available for both machines with standard and ELD shaft assembly.
So four new models are added to the present range.
The measurement can be activated by the operator as option.
Once on, the machine will detect run-out and position on the wheel without slowing down the cycle time.
